Fundraising Discounts:A family’s tuition will be discounted if they choose to participate in fundraising activities for the school as follows:
2022-2023 Discounts:Pre-K Discounts:
Families with children enrolled both in the Elementary School and the Pre-K will receive a discount on the Pre-K tuition rate. Your discount will be calculated upon Pre-K registration.

For every $2500 of vouchers purchased, a family will receive a $125 credit on the tuition up to $500Carnival Service Hours:

If you are a graduate of Immaculate Conception and are registering your child to continue the tradition, you will receive a $100 discount.Family Referral:
If a new family comes to Immaculate Conception and uses your name as a referral you will receive a $250 discount.ALL DISCOUNTS WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR F.A.C.T.S. ACCOUNT (IF APPLICABLE) ON DECEMBER 1, 2022 AND APRIL 1, 2023.

VOUCHERS (SHOP WITH SCRIPTS)
The IC Shop with Script program is an easy, no-additional-cost fundraising program designed to generate revenue for our Parish/School through normal, everyday expenses like groceries, clothing, toys, or gifts. Cards for restaurants and gas stations are also available for your dining and travel needs. Every purchase earns money for our Parish/School.
What Are Vouchers?
Vouchers are store gift cards that are used just like cash and are issued by well-known companies who want to support IC. In return, they ask for your support by buying their vouchers and shopping in their stores. We receive a percentage which provides our Parish/School a steady source of revenue.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?Voucher requests that are sent into school with students will be collected in the office and sent to the rectory to be filled. You can expect to receive your voucher the next day.
· If you wish to purchase vouchers directly from Immaculate Conception, you can go to the rectory office, 18 south St. and Rose will be happy to help.you.
HOW CAN I GET SPECIAL VOUCHERS?
Now you can place your order online. Go to shopwithscrip.com and create an account for yourself. You will be asked to enter an Enrollment number. Please check IC Express for our number or email Dyana Barnosky. Entering this number will put you into the IC account. (You will still be able to order with the paper order form if you prefer.) Order whatever you like and then send your payment to the School or Parish Office. Please be advised that these orders are processed once a month. An IC Express will notify you when an order is being placed.
RELOADABLE CARDS ARE NOW AVAILABLE. No waiting or shipping involved! Just go online and pay through PrestoPay and your card will automatically load with the amount you purchased. ScripNow!(tm) is the newest way to get vouchers. It is the quickest way to purchase scrip for you or a friend. You can order for yourself or send an eGift in seconds for various retailers. ScripNow! can be delivered and used in minutes simply by using PrestoPay, or pay by check and the items will be released by your coordinator.

Eventually the Box Tops program will become digital-only. Participating brands are starting to change their packaging from a traditional Box Tops clip to the new Box Top label.
Use the new Box Tops app to scan your receipt. Box Tops are still worth 10¢ each for your school. The app will find participating products purchased at any store and instantly add cash to your school's earnings online.
