Tuition Classifications

Practicing Catholics   
 You are considered a Practicing Catholic if you:

• Immaculate Conception Parishioner

  • Have completed an IC Parish Registration form

  • Are attending Mass on a regular basis

  • Are using Parish Envelopes

• Are registered outside of Immaculate Conception

  • Must supply verification from registered parish that you qualify for the Practicing Catholic tuition rate

Others:
This rate applies to all Non-Catholic families and any Catholic families not meeting the above requirements.


Registration Fees: 
             $300.00* per Family from January 28, 2025 through March 1, 2025
             $450.00** per Family from March 2, 2025 through April 8, 2025
             $550.00 per Family on or after April 9, 2025
  
 *The Total Registration Fee will be applied to the tuition balance if paid by March 1, 2025

 **$200.00 of the Registration Fee will be applied to the tuition balance if paid between March 2, 2025 through April 8, 2025.


Registration fees are NON-Refundable
  
REFUNDS : Tuition refunds will be pro-rated from the time of leaving the school
  
TRANSFERS : Tuition will be pro-rated from the time a student arrives in the school.
  

TUITION PAYMENT PLANS

FULL PAYMENT        
Checks should be made payable to Immaculate Conception School and sent to the parish office in an enveloped marked “TUITION.”  Full payment is due by August 1, 2024. You will receive a $100 credit if you choose this option

TWO PAYMENTS       
Families may choose to pay the entire tuition in two installments, half of the amount is due on August 1, 2024 and the balance is due December 1, 2024.  This would be done through the F.A.C.T.S. Management Company, which establishes automatic payments from your designated bank account.  A $50 non-refundable annual enrollment fee is automatically deducted from your account upon receipt of your agreement with F.A.C.T.S.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS 
12 Monthly payments are made through the F.A.C.T.S. Management Company, which establishes automatic payments from your designated bank account.  A $50 non-refundable annual enrollment fee is automatically deducted from your account upon receipt of your agreement with F.A.C.T.S.

DISCOUNTS

Legacy Family
If you are a graduate of Immaculate Conception and are registering your child to continue the tradition, you will receive a $150 discount.
  
Family Referral
If a new family comes to Immaculate Conception and uses your name as a referral you will receive a $750 discount.
